The MeetNotes Slackbot can help you add agenda to your meetings with a simple command. Here is how you can add structure to meetings and make them effective.

  1. Use the command @meetnotes add-agenda 'meeting agenda'. for example:

All your meetings that are scheduled for the next 14 days that haven't been archived will be displayed. Even active meetings appear in the dropdown.

2. Select the meeting to which agenda is to be added.

That's it! Your agenda item is added to the selected meeting.

Note: Agenda is added to the next instance of a meeting, or a current or an active meeting.
